Southern Albania (Albanian: Shqipëria jugore) is one of the three NUTS-2 Regions of Albania.[2] It consists of five counties: Berat, Fier, Gjirokastër, Korçë and Vlorë.

This ethnographical territory is sometimes referred to as Toskeria (Albanian: Toskëria).[3]

In Greece, a small part of the region, the Southern-most area near the Greek border, is commonly called Northern Epirus.[4][5]
